Coach Craig

The lessons learned playing the great game of baseball will last a life time.

Craig was selected to a USA All Star team that traveled and played in Australia in December of 1988 and 1989.
Drafted by the New York Mets as an Outfielder in 1989.
Attended Otero Junior College from 1989-1991 and was drafted by the Seattle Mariners as a first baseman.
Attended Brigham Young University 1992 and was drafted by the Oakland Athletics as a pitcher.
Signed and played in the Oakland Athletics organization over the next 5 years.
Craig has over 20+ years of coaching experience from youth travel baseball to the High School level.
Most recently Craig was the Head Coach of the 13U Colorado Recruits and over the last two years compiled a record of over 140 wins vs 18 loses. Finished the season as the 3rd ranked team in the country in USSSA and the 1st team in the state of Colorado over the past two years.
Craig has been the Head Coach at Douglas County HS for the past 6 years and was an assistant for 7 years prior to being hired as the Head Coach.
Craig has coached over 60+ players that have gone on to play college baseball and most recently a 4th-Round pick by the Colorado Rockies.
