At First Choice Coaching, our mission is to empower individuals of all ages to achieve their full potential through personalized training programs and expert coaching.  We specialize in providing private and small group training to youth athletes, as well as customized fitness plans for adults of all fitness levels.

We believe that every person has the capacity to achieve their goals, and we strive to create a supportive and motivating environment that inspires our clients to reach their full abilities.  Whether you are a young athlete looking to improve your skills, or an adult seeking to enhance your fitness level, we are dedicated to helping you reach your goals and exceed your expectations.

Our coaching philosophy is based on the principles of personalized attention, goal setting, and continuous improvement.  We work closely with each client to develop a customized training program that is tailored to their unique needs and goals.  Our coaches are experts in their fields, with a wealth of experience and knowledge that they use to help our clients achieve their highest performance capabilities.

FOUR PILLARS OF WELLNESS

The 4 Pillars of Health and Wellness are Nutrition, Exercise, Mindset and Sleep.  Each of these pillars plays a crucial role in achieving optimal health and well-being.

 

Nutrition

A healthy diet is important for maintaining good health.  Proper nutrition ensures that the body gets the necessary vitamins, minerals, and nutrients to function properly.  A well-balanced diet incudes a variety of whole foods, such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean protein and healthy fats.



 

Exercise

Regular physical activity is crucial for maintaining a healthy body and mind.  Exercise helps to improve cardiovascular health, build muscle, reduce the risk of chronic diseases, and enhance mental health.  It is recommended to engage in at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise or 75 minutes of vigorous-intensity exercise per week.
 

Mindset

Mental health is just as important as physical health.  A positive mindset helps to reduce stress, improve mood, and enhance overall well-being.  It is important to practice mindfulness, self-care, and positive thinking to maintain optimal mental health.






 

Sleep

Getting enough sleep is essential for overall health and wellness.  Lack of sleep can lead to fatigue, poor concentration, and a weakened immune system.  It is recommended to aim for 7-8 hours of sleep each night and establish a consistent sleep routine to improve your quality of sleep.
